Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of ArgenVibes applications per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in our applications
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by ArgenVibes at any time.

In no event shall ArgenVibes or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ArgenVibes applications or website, even if ArgenVibes or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Our mobile applications are distributed through official app stores including Google Play Store and Apple App Store. By downloading and using our applications, you also agree to comply with the respective app store's terms of service.

We ensure all our applications comply with app store guidelines and policies. Any violations should be reported to us immediately for resolution.

In-app purchases, subscriptions, and other monetization features (if applicable) are subject to the respective app store's payment terms and refund policies.

You agree not to use our applications or services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our applications
• Engage in any form of harassment or abuse

ArgenVibes may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using our applications and services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
